Administration

The Administrative Division is comprised of three Lieutenants who provide leadership, coordination, and support to ensure the efficient operation of the Department.

Lieutenant Ron Brock oversees the Patrol Division and is responsible for policy management, technology management, and ensuring the Department has the resources, equipment, and training necessary to operate effectively and professionally.

Lieutenant Louis Fisher manages grant administration and supervises the Special Services Unit. This unit focuses on assisting individuals struggling with substance abuse and mental health challenges, as well as connecting community members with needed social services and support programs.

Lieutenant Brandon Conard is responsible for overseeing the operations of the Detective Bureau and the Professional Standards (Internal Affairs) Unit, ensuring thorough investigations, effective case management, integrity in departmental operations, and close coordination with other divisions on complex or sensitive matters.
